- Created “Getting Started” guide for new instructors to provide overview of course, assignments, and steps to take before publishing course.

- Serve as lead instructor of course beginning Fall 2018. Responsible for onboarding new instructors and providing guidance during administration of course each semester.
- Manage online course through Canvas platform. Engagement tools include email, video chat, discussion boards, and weekly announcements.
- Provide constructive feedback on weekly writing assignments and discussion posts to help students improve their skills and understand professional application of course material.
- Routinely review course materials to provide the most up-to-date information that reflects current practices within profession. Adjust or create new assessments to foster knowledge and skills needed in the industry.
